Terms and conditions: the rules that affect a player

Who may play
Players must be 18 or older, or older where local law sets a higher age, and must be natural persons; companies cannot register. One account per person: duplicates opened by the same person or on their behalf are closed. The player is responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where they are, and the casino applies geoblocking in restricted jurisdictions.
Verification
The casino may at any time ask for identity documents, a photo with a document or a video check, may apply enhanced checks to politically exposed persons, and may hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Refusing verification can lead to restrictions or account closure.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits must come from payment methods in the player's own name; funds from third parties lead to confiscation of winnings. Every deposit must be wagered x3 before withdrawal. Payouts are processed around the clock and take from a few minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawal limits depend on status, from 1 000 USD a day, 5 000 USD a week and 10 000 USD a month for Beginner and Player, up to 10 000 USD a day, 50 000 USD a week and 100 000 USD a month for Platinum; crypto payouts are capped at 1 000 000 USD a month; wins above 10 000 USD can be paid in monthly parts of 10 000 USD; jackpot wins are excluded. Withdrawals from deposits via mobile operators are possible two to three weeks after the last such deposit.
Bonuses
The first deposit bonus is 100% of the first deposit, wagered x35 in slots only; using it in other games voids it, and a withdrawal request cancels unwagered bonuses. Payouts from bonus bets are capped at ten times the bonus, and bonus wins above 5 000 USD can be limited to 5 000 USD per seven days. Free spins for new customers are given once after registration with no deposit required; unactivated cashback expires after 14 days. Statuses are confirmed on the first day of each month. Accounts unused for six months can be suspended.
Responsible gaming and data
